Ingredients...

Boneless Chicken- 500 gms
Red Chilly powder- 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
Coriander powder- ½ tbsp
Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil- 1 tbsp

Boil the chicken with the above….Do not add any water..Water comes out from the chicken and it will get cooked in that…take the chicken pieces out and shred it finely… Reserve around 2-3 tbsp of the water (it shud be thick like paste) in which the chicken was boiled…Heat oil in a pan and saute the shredded chicken till light brown and keep aside…

For the masala..

Ingredients….

Onions- 3 big chopped finely
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves- chopped- 1 tbsp
Curry leaves- chopped- 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder- according to taste
Salt to taste
Puff pastry- 3 slices
Mozarella cheese- as reqd…

Method… Heat another 2 tbsp of oil and saute the onions till brown in colour, add cuury leaves, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder one after the another and keep frying them…. To this add the fried shredded chicken and mix well and let all the moisture go and get dry… keep aside…

Once the mixture cools down completely, add the cheese and mix well..Now take 2 tbsp of this mixture and keep it in the center of the puff pastry and seal it into a traingle shape (or any other shapes u like).. Keep aside…

Heat a frying pan with a lid on and let it get heated up ( it is just as u preheat an oven)..Now,reduce the flame to the lowest possible and open the lid and keep the puffs with little spaces in between…. Close the lid and let it cook… Keep checking and turn over every 4-5 mins so that the pups don’t get burned… Let it cook till it turns crispy golden colour…Serve it hot…Njoy these No bake Chicken Puffs…….:)))

Tip:

1. Do not open the lid and every now and then cozz the builtup heat goes off and then the puffs will not get the desired layers...
2. Cook the puffs on a very very low flame otherwise it wud get burnt easily and the layers will not have come...
3. Theres no need to grease ur pan before putting in the puffs and the pastry in itself has got lots of oil in it...
4.. No need to apply egg wash even...:))
