Fresh Cucumber Sandwich for Summer Tea Time



This healthy fresh tea time cucumber sandwich will give you a complete dose of vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and calcium, all packed in one!

Ingredients:

  • Cream Cheese
  • Chicken (boiled and shredded)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive oil
  • Cucumber

Method:

  1. Sauté boiled and shredded chicken in 1 teaspoon of olive oil and mix it with cream cheese, add garlic powder, salt and black pepper
  2. Place the chicken mixture on a soft fresh bread slice and place 6 to 7 fresh cucumber slices and place a bread slice on the top.
  3. Enjoy your fresh cucumber sandwich with tea!
